Are you paying attention? (To Social Media?)
It has been a long and good weekend; and it promises to be an exciting week. So allow me to resort to a “Blog Post Mashup” styleJ:
· Very properly Social Media (dare I say: Social Marketing?) is quickly permeating all business where humans play a part (that was meant to imply.. ALL!)
o Etc. Etc.
None of the above are cited as “best practices” or “best information available” (not saying they are not), but the intention is to make the point of: isn’t it time you begin looking into it?
· One key phrase in this article caught my eye: “If it's anything that Social Media has taught us is that we can empower people to help carry the word out to others”
Let me extend the point: Social Media allows us to empower others to:
o Participate in the creation and refinement of products & services
o Help others
o Sell to others
o Establish a connection with others and learn, grow, improve as a result!
Here to the day when openness is the norm, collaboration is the way and co-creation is the means towards real success.
